Hey Geeksters!

It didn’t come to my attention until after the fact that the Tokyo Game Show was this past weekend. Normally I’d break down what happened from each publisher, but as the name implies most of the titles will be for Japan. However some things are worth mentioning since they will come state side.

Capcom did as predicted and released a new character for Street Fighter 5, Karin. If you don’t remember, Karin was in the alpha 3 games.

King of Fighters 14 was announced….and it looks like a ps2 moving on a ps1 engine.

Square Enix confirmed that they are making a new Kingdom Hearts game, the one I talked about last week. It’s going to be called……Kingdom Hearts 2.8, it will be a “bundle” of Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD Kingdom Hearts chi Back Cover and somehow ties into 3… and then Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep – A Fragmentary Passage (yes that’s the real name).

The plague knight dlc FINALLY comes out for Shovel Knight and it looks amazing for HD pixel art. As soon as I have money to spend I’m buying it.

Oh yeah, Pokemon Z got confirmed….I’d go into greater detail but the game isn’t slated until spring or summer. Just remember Zygarde=Cell (from Dragon Ball Z).
