With the resurgence in popularity for Ant-Man following the first movie in 2015, it’s no surprise that he started showing up a little more in the comics, both the Hank Pym and Scott Lang versions. And even before the sequel had finished production, The Unstoppable Wasp arrived on shelves, following adventures of the optimistic and nerdy Nadia Pym (no, she’s not in the MCU). Another big Marvel movie hit theaters last weekend and, of course, I was there. Actually, I went to the Ant-Man double feature fan event – it just happened to fall on my birthday and I had the day off anyway. It had been awhile since I’d seen the first movie, so it was a nice refresher (especially, as with every Marvel movie, there are things you pick up once you’ve seen the films that come after it).
