So it’s a weird time to be a Nintendo fan. We’re in a drought of games, waiting for a mid-cycle replacement for the WiiU and the Nintendo direct today is about the 3DS. I mean that’s fine and dandy, but with rumors that Nintendo is dropping the system in 2018 it makes me think about what the NX is going to be.

I’m tired of the rumors and fake leaks! All I need to know is if it’s going to be backward compatible with 3DS and if it is going to have an HDMI port so I can make 3DS “let’s plays” or stream 3DS games without spending $300 on just the equipment for the 3DS – not counting the mic and the 3DS itself! It’s just a pain to want to do something and not being able to because of money, shipping… and laws.
