Best Geeky Finds – You’re My Kill of the Night: Why Crazyhead Is the Best Show Netflix Keeps Suggesting

A world full of demons living among us, planning for Hell on Earth.

If you just read that and immediately thought Buffy, you’re not the only one. This has been a popular trope for decades, often redone using a variety of character styles, be they supernatural or mere mortals. Irregular’s Intel – Nasty Women and Dangerous Men

I was thinking about the quality of company that I keep and I think that they can best described as, like the title says, nasty women and dangerous men. The term “nasty woman” was used as a put down during a presidential debate, but if the characteristics the speaker was describing are “nasty” then I want all of the nasty that I can stand! Unfortunately, he did not come back to television (other than the short 50th anniversary clip), but along with the audio dramas, Titan Comics has published a volume of comics encompassing his short run in comic form as well.  Continue reading Best Geeky Finds – A Matter for the Eighth Doctor
