Within a week’s time I have binged Daredevil season 2 and seen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and it has left me with more than a few observations. First, Daredevil does a better job of analyzing what happens when two good men view goodness in different ways. One of the stories that is a building block for season 2 is the meeting of Daredevil and The Punisher, which was written during Frank Miller’s run on the book. Continue reading Miss Dawn’s Musings – The Language of Geek
Miss Dawn’s Musings – Director’s Cut My Ass
Last week a story dropped that seriously ticked my off. Ok, yes, it’s related to Batman v. Superman, which you all probably know by now I’m not really looking forward to (I’ve mentioned my distain for various aspects of the flick a time or two on the podcast). But this is a story that could come about with any movie and has more to do with the director than the quality of the movie itself. Continue reading Miss Dawn’s Musings – Director’s Cut My Ass
