GW1 Issue 108 – It’s All a Front

We’re a little all over the place this week, but you can probably tell we had a good time. After a very brief update of our goings on, we get into myriad tv shows we’ve watched from the 80s through to today (and some crazy plot lines), what we like/don’t like about movie trailers and why detailed origin story movies aren’t necessary. V-Yellow’s Comic Box – Suicide Squad Trailer

This movie seems to be what the DC cinematic universe needs after the mixed reviews and backlash from the Dawn of Justice film. Miss Dawn’s Musings – Sportsball and Stuff

Miss Dawn’s Musings – Red vs Green

Blog-MissDawnsMusingsLast week (on Christmas Day) the full trailer for Deadpool was released. As expected, there was a red band version and a green band version. Obviously, the red band was the one to watch. There are a lot of movies that do this for trailers now and there are a couple reasons for it. First, having a green band trailer means it can be shown on television and in theaters – we’ve all seen the green screen with “this trailer approved for this audience” language.
