Earlier this year, I was given the opportunity to help a young geek with a school project. He is interested in the comic industry and a dear friend, knowing that I am a huge comic fan and cohost of the Mighty Marvel Geeks podcast, asked if I would be willing to help? I said yes and I am glad that I did! Continue reading Irregular’s Intel – When Geek Gives Back

Irregular’s Intel – Working Amongst Your People
I’ve had a position change at work recently and, in doing so, I’ve joined a new team. Now, I was pretty comfortable with my old team. These are the ones who really challenge the heroes, who push them to the limit. Continue reading Irregular’s Intel – In Praise of the Villains
Irregular’s Intel – Mixed Messages
The other night I was watching a repeat of The New Adventures of Wonder Woman and something happened on the show that just did not sit well with me. Diana was tasked with the mission of finding three crystals used in a telescope, but could be used to make a laser. The crystals were hidden in a box that ended up at a science fiction convention. The desk clerk was obviously frustrated by all of the costumed attendees and Diana looked as if she had been placed in the absolute worst situation imaginable.
